This is to be a timed online auction site with minimum bids, minimum increments, slow close (if anyone bids in the last 2 minutes, 2 minutes added to time), proxy bid (can bid maximum amount, but will only bid increments if outbid). Credit cards should be charged at the end of the auction for the highest bidder. HST must be added and a buyer's premium to all winning bids.
